The Lead to Grow Collective exists to strengthen leadership capability by developing leaders who make better decisions that improve organisational performance and create positive, lasting impact beyond the workplace.
We believe leadership is not a title, but a daily choice. When leaders grow and act intentionally, their lived behaviours impact those around them, well beyond just the organisation they lead, extending to their staff, their families, and the community.
The Lead to Grow Collective is a community of experienced leaders committed to growing leadership capability locally. We are focused on:
Our approach is deliberately local - delivered locally, grounded in local experience, and designed to build enduring peer networks.
Develop more than 250 leaders committed to Lead to Grow principles
Support each leader to coach or positively influence at least five others
Create a multiplier effect that strengthens organisations, families, and communities through better leadership
We measure success not by scale alone, but by the quality and durability of leadership impact.
The Intentional Leadership Series is our flagship executive leadership programme for business owners, organisations and senior leaders who are ready to lead differently.
The program consists of four intensive 1.5-day blocks over six months, designed to fit demanding schedules while allowing reflection and application.
The Intentional Leadership series is designed to deliver impactful change. Your natural abilities and personal strengths have already made you successful, but building a larger organisation or having a greater impact on your workplace/community often requires an expanded skill set.
The Lead to Grow Collective was established by a group of experienced leaders who have walked this way before. They serve as the Founding Partners and as Change Coaches. Their role is to provide stewardship, guidance, and advocacy to protect the purpose, quality, and long‑term direction of the Collective, and to help you transition in your leadership journey.
