The Lead to Grow Collective exists to grow the quality of leadership across the Central South Island — because when leaders grow and act intentionally, the impact reaches well beyond the organisation, to their people, their families, and the community. We are a collective of experienced local business leaders who have built, led and governed organisations across the region.

Lead to Grow operates on a not-for-profit basis. Programme fees are set to cover delivery, and any surplus is reinvested in leadership development across the region. Our approach is deliberately local — delivered locally, grounded in local experience, and built to create peer networks that last.
